Discussion regarding:
• resident concerns relating to governance, communication, transparency, and operational oversight;
• the current lack of substantive responses to a number of resident questions submitted to the Management Company;
• and whether broader resident representation within the existing Management Company structure may assist moving forward.

Consideration of whether residents wish the Committee to further explore:
• governance clarification;
• membership structure clarification;
• and the potential introduction of additional leaseholder directors within the existing Management Company structure.

  • Gather residents views and concerns

  • Share information currently available

  • Identify key areas where management company clarification is required

  • Discuss how residents may wish to organise moving forward

  • Consider practical next steps in a coordinated way

This is not a forum for confrontation, but an opportunity to ensure that residents are informed and aligned.

Proposed Approach

At the meeting, residents will be invited to consider a structured approach, including:

  • Requesting a temporary pause on interest and enforcement while matters are clarified

  • Gathering a consolidated list of questions for the management company

  • Exploring how residents can work together effectively

  • Considering appropriate governance and representation going forward
