Volunteer with the Residents’ Association

A small amount of help can make a big difference

We are putting together a small group of residents to help coordinate communication, organise next steps, and ensure that everything is handled in a clear and structured way.

This isn’t about taking on a huge commitment — it’s about sharing the load and working together.

Why volunteer?

By getting involved, you can:

  • Help ensure residents’ views are properly represented

  • Be part of shaping a structured and constructive approach

  • Stay closer to developments as they unfold

  • Contribute to protecting the long-term value of the development

Even a small amount of time can make a meaningful difference.

No experience needed

You don’t need any specialist knowledge or background.

What matters most is:

  • A willingness to help

  • A practical and balanced approach

  • An interest in keeping things fair, clear, and organised

Ways you can help

We’re looking for support in areas such as:

  • Communication – helping keep residents informed

  • Organisation – assisting with meetings and coordination

  • Information gathering – helping compile questions and documents

  • General support – being part of the group and contributing ideas

You can be involved as much or as little as you feel comfortable.

A team effort

The aim is to build a small, sensible group of residents who can:

  • Work collaboratively

  • Keep things moving forward

  • Ensure a consistent and measured approach

This is about shared responsibility, not placing pressure on any one person.
