Purpose of this Form

This form has been created to provide leaseholders with a clear, constructive, and organised way of raising questions, concerns, or requests for clarification with the Management Company.

The overall aim is to help:

  • improve communication between residents and the Management Company;

  • ensure leaseholders have access to clear and consistent information;

  • reduce misunderstandings or conflicting information;

  • assist the Management Company in responding in an efficient, structured, and transparent manner;

  • support a constructive and collaborative approach moving forward.

To help keep the process manageable and productive for all parties, leaseholders are respectfully asked to ensure that questions remain:

  • polite and professional;

  • concise and factual;

  • focused on wider matters affecting the development as a whole, rather than individual personal issues wherever possible.

All submissions will be reviewed and grouped into relevant categories before being shared with the Management Company.

Where a number of residents raise similar or overlapping points, questions may be combined into a single consolidated question. This is intended to avoid duplication, reduce unnecessary volume, and help the Management Company provide clearer and more timely responses for the benefit of all residents.
